Advantage Technical is hiring a Quality Services Technical Support Specialist to support new model launches and early quality detection initiatives. This role blends data analytics, automotive quality, and cross-functional collaboration-ideal for someone who enjoys turning data into actionable insights. What You'll Do Perform needs assessments to ensure data collection systems align with stakeholder requirements Support Launch Quality Monitoring Process (LQMP) and new model launch activities Analyze data trends to identify quality concerns and generate Quality Investigation Reports (QIRs) Partner with Quality & Service Engineering to improve early detection and reduce market impact Monitor and manage data collection processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with budget goals Collaborate across teams to improve data systems and reporting processes Support multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment What You Bring 3-5 years of experience in automotive, transportation, trucking, or aviation Strong background in data analysis, reporting, and trend identification Experience with SQL or programming preferred Ability to communicate insights clearly to cross-functional teams Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects Proficiency in data tools and willingness to learn new systems Why Work With Us Competitive pay up to $49.50/hour Work on new vehicle launches and quality initiatives High-visibility role supporting engineering and quality teams Opportunity to grow in automotive data analytics and quality engineering Collaborative, innovation-driven environment Medical, dental, and vision insurance. 401k options.
