As a Security Officer Access Control Guard in Elm Grove, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Pay Rate: $18.73 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and maintain accurate access logs for employees, contractors, and deliveries.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, reporting security-related concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help identify unusual activity, unauthorized access, and/or operational issues.
• Support screening and traffic flow at gates, docks, and other restricted areas while communicating clearly with site personnel, drivers, and visitors.

Minimum Requirements:

• Client requires proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
