Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer at a residential location, where you will help manage entry points, monitor activity, and support a welcoming environment for residents, guests, and staff. This role combines visible presence, customer service, and clear communication while helping to address security-related concerns. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or vendors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry and exit points for a residential location, verify visitor credentials and/or resident authorization, and document arrivals, departures, and other access-related activity.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with residents, property staff, and/or first responders regarding security-related concerns.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the property, common areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and report unusual conditions or policy violations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
