Task Manager - DoD Program Location: Tysons, VA Clearance: Active Secret Status: Exempt Compensation:This is a proposal opportunity, compensation details are being determined About the Role IntelliDyne is seeking a Task Manager to support a Department of Defense (DoD) client by coordinating daily operations across PMO, asset management, configuration management, and quality assurance. This role oversees contract performance, coordinates with the KO/CO, manages daily operations, ensures compliance with all requirements, ensures tasks are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with DoD standards. Responsibilities Manage daytoday task execution and deliverables for multiple departments: PMO, Asset, Configuration and Quality Support PMO operations, reporting, scheduling, and documentation Oversee asset tracking, inventory accuracy, and lifecycle management Maintain configuration baselines, change control, and documentation Implement and monitor quality processes, audits, and corrective actions Serve as the primary point of contact for task status and coordination Qualifications Active Secret clearance 10+ years supporting DoD or federal programs Bachelor's degree in project management, business or related field Experience in PMO, asset management, configuration management, or QA Strong communication, organization, and stakeholdercoordination skills Experience with DoD processes, logistics, or IT programs PMP certification About Us IntelliDyne, LLC empowers government organizations through the delivery of quality, mission-aligned services and innovative, people-first IT solutions.
