Axiologic Solutions is seeking a SharePoint Specialist to support the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) CIO, IT Integration Division (CIO-1). This position provides expert-level SharePoint and web development expertise across the CIO enterprise, formulating and implementing advanced IT strategies for web design and development while delivering custom dashboards, workflows, and web applications that meet evolving mission requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Formulate, implement, and manage advanced IT strategies for web design and development, including evaluating current IT capabilities, identifying gaps, and recommending actionable solutions to enhance operational efficiency and enable innovation

  • Provide expert-level SharePoint and web development expertise, developing dashboards and workflows, managing front-end services including website/web page creation, permission groups, site administration, template creation, and solution creation

  • Recommend best practices, troubleshoot issues, maintain knowledge of platform upgrades, and provide strategic guidance to leadership on the execution of key IT initiatives

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create IT roadmaps, define project scopes, align initiatives with business goals, and mentor junior team members to foster continuous improvement within the IT organization

Required Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI clearance (CI Poly preferred)

  • Minimum 10 years of experience

  • Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Web Development, or a related discipline from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education

  • In-depth knowledge of SharePoint Online and/or on-premises environments, including site collection administration, permission management, template creation, and workflow development

Travel Requirements:

  • Travel will be required within Washington National Capital Region (NCR) on an as-needed basis for customer or corporate requirements.

Level of Responsibility:

  • Work includes the exercise of discretion and independent judgment concerning matters of administrative/operational needs.

Level of Supervision Required:

  • The supervisor sets the overall objectives and resources available. The employee plans and carries out the assignment resolves most of the conflicts, coordinates work with others and interpret policy on own initiative. The employee keeps the supervisor informed of progress, potentially controversial matters, or far-reaching implications.

Work Environment:

  • This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones.

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate within a team environment.

  • Ability to type, sitting or standing, to complete work functions for hours at a time; ability to move between sitting, standing and walking on a frequent basis.

  • This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week on site, Monday through Friday, within the contract hours of 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Salary Range: $140k - $155k

The salary range is provided in good faith and is based on several job-related factors, including, but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, Federal Government contract labor category requirements, contract wage determinations when applicable, clearance requirements, work location, relevant experience, education, certifications, specialized skills, internal equity, and approved funding.
For proposal-contingent positions, the listed range is an anticipated good-faith range based on current proposal assumptions. Final compensation may vary based on contract award, finalized customer requirements, approved funding, labor category alignment, and candidate qualifications.
