Trilogy Federal is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex, enterprise-level healthcare initiatives in support of the Veterans Health Administration (VHA). This role goes beyond traditional program oversight. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader who can translate high-level mission objectives into actionable, human-centered programs that deliver measurable outcomes. You will serve as a trusted advisor to government stakeholders, guiding program execution while driving innovation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across multiple projects and teams. This position requires a deep understanding of healthcare environments, strong program governance experience, and the ability to operate effectively within large, matrixed organizations.
