Plant Manager

dormakaba is seeking a Plant Manager based in Reamstown, PA. The Plant Manager is responsible for driving operational excellence across all the manufacturing functions within a vertically integrated, high-mix/low-volume production environment. This role oversees end-to-end operations including production, quality, supply chain, maintenance, engineering, and continuous improvement.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $175,000 - $195,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) Please visit our career site for more information on benefits.

• Develop and implement the operational strategy aligned with corporate vision and growth targets
• Lead daily operations across the entire vertically integrated manufacturing value stream (machining, fabrication, assembly, finishing, testing, etc.)
• Oversee planning, procurement, logistics, inventory management, and supplier performance
• Champion a culture of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance throughout the operation
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operational leadership team

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Industrial Management, Operations, or related field and 2+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 3 of those years at a senior/executive level
• Deep knowledge of lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and other manufacturing methodologies with a strong understanding of complex manufacturing processes, automation, and production planning
• Willingness to travel up to 30%
• Experience in SOP planning, supply chain and purchasing and knowledge of ERP systems and integration with strong SAP proficiency
• Background in business transformation and process re-engineering

• MBA or master's
• Proven experience working in or supporting multi-site manufacturing environment
