As a Security Officer Access Coordinator in Lathrop, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic automotive location, where you will help monitor entry points, verify credentials, and support access control procedures for a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will remain visible, assist with routine site observations, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and contractors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, badge and credential verification, and security-related policies at an automotive location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, review identification and authorization, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas, parking areas, and production-related spaces.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns and/or documenting activity in accordance with site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, perimeter, and access points, noting unusual activity, door status, lighting concerns, and other security-related conditions.
• Support visitor management, deliveries, and vehicle traffic coordination by maintaining accurate logs, communicating with site contacts, and following emergency response activities when appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
