Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy logistics and distribution location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and support access activities while remaining visible to help discourage security-related incidents. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout loading areas, shipping and receiving zones, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and/or visitor activity in accordance with post instructions, helping to support authorized access and proper badge or credential checks.
• Observe and report operational disruptions, suspicious activity, hazards, and/or policy violations to help support timely follow-up by site leadership and/or public emergency responders.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• The ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• X-Ray screening experience is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
