What does a Field Service Technician II do? As a Field Service Technician II, you will be a key member of our Field Service team, responsible for the proper setup and maintenance of beverage equipment at various client locations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our clients' beverage dispensing systems while providing exceptional service. As a Field Technician II, your work will focus on fountain installation, including placing equipment, running lines, completing repairs, and ensuring proper function for all installed equipment. This position offers excellent opportunities for skill development and career growth.



Job Details:
Schedule: 7:00am - 5:30pm Mon - Thurs (4/10's) Periodic weekends and overnights possible.


Pay: $23.75/HR
Job Level: 3


Responsibilities:



  • Provide professional and courteous service while on-site, addressing client questions and concerns
  • Travel to and from customer locations in assigned area
  • Install, assemble, and configure beverage fountains and related equipment according to manufacturer specifications and client requirements
  • Conduct routine maintenance on fountain equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance
  • Ensure that all plumbing, electrical, and mechanical connections are properly installed and functioning correctly
  • Perform system testing and quality checks to verify that the fountain is dispensing beverages accurately and efficiently
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with fountain equipment and components
  • Perform necessary repairs, part replacements, and adjustments to resolve equipment malfunctions promptly
  • Performs other duties as assigned.



Requirements:




  • High School Diploma (or GED) High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Driving record must meet Swire's vehicle policy requirements
  • Lift up 50lbs repetitively and occasionally up to 80lbs
  • Ability to operate and/or use a variety of hand and power tools
  • Previous experience in beverage equipment repair, maintenance, or a related field is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of electrical systems
  • Ability to run plumbing and electrical lines to the equipment
  • Mechanical and technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and follow established procedures
  • Willing to follow all safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), to ensure a safe work environment
