GSAM Private Credit is a dynamic platform with significant cross-pollination across strategies - Direct Lending (middle market and large cap performing credit), Hybrid Capital, Asset Finance, Structured Corporate Credit, and IG Corporate and Infrastructure Credit. Goldman Sachs is seeking a Vice President to join our SCC team in the New York office. SCC is a growth area within Private Credit, focusing on financings backed by various forms of corporate credit support. SCC provides flexible, long-term capital solutions to investment grade corporates globally to fund growth, M&A, and asset monetization, engaging in a broad range of structured solutions as well as a wide range of asset classes, products, industries, and sectors, including digital infrastructure, power, consumer, industrials, real estate, utilities and healthcare. The ideal candidate has 7-10+ years of full-time experience across investment banking or private credit investing, with a proven track record in sourcing, structuring, and underwriting transactions.
