Department OverviewThe Maintenance Department is responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable and efficient operation of all manufacturing equipment, production systems, and production facility infrastructure. The department supports continuous production by minimizing equipment downtime, maintaining asset reliability, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. Job DescriptionResponsible for leading daily maintenance activities, providing technical guidance to maintenance technicians, and ensuring the reliability, safety and efficiency of equipment and manufacturing facility. This role serves as a hands-on technical leader who coordinates work, prioritizes tasks, and supports continuous improvement while maintaining compliance with safety and operational standards
Additonal Qualified Skills:
Target Base Salary Range: $59,500 - $90,000 Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity.
