THE ROLE: The Senior Employment Litigation Counsel is responsible forstrategic oversight and management of employmentrelated litigation worldwide. This role serves as the central point of accountability for global employment disputes, working closely with regional legal teams, HR, and external counsel to manage risk, ensure consistent legal strategy, and support business objectives across jurisdictions. The position requires deep expertise in employment law litigation, strong judgment, and the ability to operate effectively in a complex, multinational environment.
