Hiring Range:

$119,912.00 - $152,131.20

UMass Memorial Health, the leading health and wellness provider in Central Massachusetts and the region's largest healthcare system, is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join the Division of Rheumatology at our HealthAlliance campus in Leominster. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a collaborative, patient-centered team dedicated to delivering high-quality care to patients with rheumatic and musculoskeletal conditions.

Key Highlights

  • 100% Outpatient Practice:5-day clinical workweek with no weekends or holidays

  • Patient-Centered Care: Manage comprehensive care for patients by conducting assessments, ordering and interpreting lab tests and diagnostic studies, and developing personalized treatment plans. You'll also be responsible for ongoing follow-up care and patient education, ensuring effective communication regarding treatment plans and progress.

  • Collaborative Environment: Work alongside rheumatologists, fellow APPs, and healthcare specialists in a team-oriented, multidisciplinary setting. There will be opportunities to collaborate with leaders in the field of Rheumatology and attend educational activities within the division.

  • Academic Opportunities: Be part of a leading academic medical center, with access to advanced subspecialty expertise and educational resources.

  • Advanced Technology: Utilize the Epic electronic medical record system to streamline patient care and enhance clinical workflows.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program

  • Current NP or PA certification

  • Massachusetts NP or PA license (or eligibility)

  • Experience in rheumatology, internal medicine, or ambulatory care preferred

  • New graduates with a strong interest in rheumatology are encouraged to apply

  • Commitment to a collaborative, team-based approach to care

  • Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
