Location:Leominster, MA Facility: HealthAlliance-Clinton Hospital - Leominster Campus Department:Department of Medicine Specialty: Rheumatology Schedule: Full-time, 5 8-hour shifts, No weekends/holidays. UMass Memorial Health, the leading health and wellness provider in Central Massachusetts and the region's largest healthcare system, is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join the Division of Rheumatology at our HealthAlliance campus in Leominster. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a collaborative, patient-centered team dedicated to delivering high-quality care to patients with rheumatic and musculoskeletal conditions. Key Highlights 100% Outpatient Practice:5-day clinical workweek with no weekends or holidays Patient-Centered Care: Manage comprehensive care for patients by conducting assessments, ordering and interpreting lab tests and diagnostic studies, and developing personalized treatment plans. You'll also be responsible for ongoing follow-up care and patient education, ensuring effective communication regarding treatment plans and progress. Collaborative Environment: Work alongside rheumatologists, fellow APPs, and healthcare specialists in a team-oriented, multidisciplinary setting. There will be opportunities to collaborate with leaders in the field of Rheumatology and attend educational activities within the division.
