As a Senior Engineering Program Manager at Providence, you'll sit at the sweet spot where strategy, engineering, and human impact meet. This role is all about turning big ideas into beautifully designed solutions that delight caregivers and deliver real value across the organization. You'll partner closely with engineers and business leaders to shape services from concept to launch (and beyond), championing caregiver needs every step of the way. From defining bold, multiyear solution visions to guiding features through design, build, release, and adoption, you'll own the full lifecycle with pride. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
