Insurance Processor Lincoln, NE (100% Onsite) Monday-Friday \| 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Contract through end of year (possible extension) $19.15/hour Position Overview A well-established insurance organization is seeking a detail-oriented Insurance Processor to support internal insurance agency operations. This is a back-office, non-customer-facing role focused on processing and reviewing high volumes of insurance documentation. The need is driven by internal system changes, with potential for contract extension. Key Responsibilities * Process and review insurance documentation including appointments, terminations, and commission paperwork * Perform accurate data entry in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment * Support internal teams by ensuring timely and accurate workflow completion * Handle approximately 12-15 internal calls per day related to process flow and documentation * Maintain strong attention to detail and adherence to internal procedures Required Qualifications * Experience in data entry, insurance processing, or high-volume back-office administrative roles * Demonstrated ability to work accurately in high-volume environments (quantifying volume is strongly preferred) * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Willingness to work 100% onsite for a contract role that is not contract-to-hire * Stable work history and reliability Insurance experience is preferred but not required. Candidates from other high-volume administrative environments will be considered. Work Environment * 100% onsite in Lincoln, NE * Business casual office setting * Internal support role with no external customer interaction Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Lincoln, NE.
