We're looking for skilled, hands-on carpenters who want more than just a job site. You'll build custom trailer units from the ground up in a stable, team-focused manufacturing environment. If you like working with your hands, reading plans, and seeing a finished product come together, this is a role where your craftsmanship actually shows.

What You'll Do
  • Build and assemble trailer units using wood and composite materials

  • Measure, cut, frame, and install floors, walls, roofs, and interiors

  • Work from blueprints and production plans to bring projects to life

  • Use tools you know-saws, drills, nail guns, sanders, and more

  • Install components like paneling, cabinetry, insulation, and trim

  • Partner with electrical and mechanical teams to complete builds

  • Check your work for quality, fit, and durability

What We're Looking For
  • Experience in carpentry, construction, or hands-on manufacturing

  • Comfortable using power tools and reading basic blueprints

  • Strong attention to detail and pride in your work

  • Team player who shows up ready to build

What the Job is Like
  • Active, physical work (standing, lifting, moving throughout the day)

  • Indoor work environment-no weather delays

  • Consistent schedule and steady workflow (no chasing the next job)

Why This Job is Better Than Typical Carpentry Roles
  • Steady, year-round work (no layoffs due to weather)

  • See the full build process-not just one piece of a project

  • Opportunities to learn new skills (wiring, fabrication, finishing)

Benefits: Full-time employees may participate in a comprehensive benefits program that includes:

  • Continuing education and leadership development as well as tuition reimbursement

  • Comprehensive health plan

  • Paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays

  • Life, dental and vision insurance

  • Parenting and sabbatical leaves

  • Nationally recognized preventive health and wellness program

  • Section 125 pretax health spending account, dependent care spending account and premiums

  • Retirement options with generous company % match
