Microsoft 365 Architect

What success looks like in this role:

We are seeking a Technical Consultant with expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot technologies to help organisations realise value through automation, low-code solutions, and AI-driven experiences.

You will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to design, implement, and scale solutions that improve productivity, streamline processes, and enable intelligent decision-making.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical delivery capability with a consultative mindset, and is comfortable working across multiple client engagements in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages) and Copilot Studio / Copilot Agents
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions
• Build intelligent automation and conversational experiences leveraging AI and Copilot capabilities
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Azure services, and third-party systems
• Support the definition and implementation of governance, security, and environment strategies
• Participate in client workshops, discovery sessions, and solution demonstrations
• Contribute to solution architecture, design documentation, and delivery best practices
• Support ongoing optimisation, troubleshooting, and enhancements of deployed solutions

Required Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform:
  • Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-driven)
  • Power Automate (workflow automation and integration)
  • Dataverse and data modelling
• Experience designing or implementing Copilot Agents / Copilot Studio solutions
• Strong understanding of integration patterns, APIs, and connectors
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Azure ecosystems
• Knowledge of security, governance, and compliance considerations within Power Platform
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience working in consulting, professional services, or project delivery environments

Desirable Experience

• Experience with Power Platform governance frameworks (e.g., CoE approaches)
• Exposure to Dynamics 365 or enterprise business systems
• Familiarity with DevOps/ALM practices for Power Platform
• Awareness of responsible AI and Copilot governance principles

You will be successful in this role if you have:

Qualifications

• Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-200, PL-400, PL-600, or Copilot-related credentials) are beneficial but not essential
• Degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
