In this role, you'll help drive growth across Amazon by supporting product launches, optimizing listings, and executing digital retail strategies. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience while bringing our artists' brands to life online. What you'll do:

  • Support the sales team in executing product assortment plans and retail strategies across Amazon, including setting up and updating listings, monitoring inventory, and maintaining accurate product information.
  • Assist in cross-functional collaboration with creative, production, and buying teams to support a strong customer experience and drive sales.
  • Assist with approval tracking for artist launches, including campaign creative and related assets.
  • Upload and maintain product imagery, A+ content, and copy to ensure brand consistency and accuracy.
  • Help manage day-to-day tasks and timelines, supporting internal communication and project coordination viaASANA and other tools.
  • Support campaign execution across Amazon marketing channels, including coordinating ad creative and working with agency partners.
  • Stay up-to-date on Amazon marketing BETAs and programs, identifying opportunities to leverage them for our artist and brands.


Who you are:

  • 1-2 years of experience preferably with Amazon or other marketplace platforms
  • Proficient in Excel (vlookup, pivot tables, data analysis)
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with class-functional teams
