Experience:
6+ years in API Gateway management and observability tools.

Responsibilities:
Manage Apigee operations: proxy deployment, policy updates, certificate management
Build/maintain Datadog dashboards for API health monitoring
Troubleshoot incidents and contribute to RCA documentation
Develop automation scripts/playbooks (Python, Shell, or Ansible)
Maintain runbooks, knowledge base articles, and SOPs
