Part-time Faculty Wage in Information Technology & Innovation (IT&I), McIntire School of Commerce (Faculty Wage)

The McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia invites applicants for two (or more) part-time, faculty wage (non-tenure eligible) positions in our Information Technology & Innovation Area beginning in August 2026. Each position will teach 3-9 credit hours in the 2026-27 academic year, in one or more of the following topics:

• Project and Product Management
• Digital Skills for the Workplace
• Managing Innovation

QUALIFICATIONS

• A master's degree in Business or a closely-related field is required; a Ph.D. in a relevant field is preferred.
• Industry or educational experience in the Information Technology field is required; previous experience teaching in a higher education setting is preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and collaborative team skills and the desire to work in a dynamic environment that stresses teamwork, innovation, and student-centered learning.
