Here's the Deal. We Need Someone Who:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1+ year of manufacturing experience preferred
• Shipping/receiving experience a plus
• Forklift and crane operation experience required
• Blueprint reading skills preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and reliability

Responsibilities

• Support extrusion operations through packing, material handling, and trailer loading
• Operate equipment, forklifts, and cranes safely and efficiently
• Load trailers according to customer specifications and ensure proper material flow
• Inspect products for quality, including hardness checks and visual inspection before aging
• Monitor processes and make adjustments to meet production and quality standards
• Verify manufacturing orders and specifications, including blueprint interpretation (preferred)
• Supply press lines with necessary materials and maintain workflow efficiency
• Receive materials, manage scrap, and distribute baskets throughout production
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace using 5S standards
• Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures to meet production goals
