Registered Nurse (RN)-Case Manager

Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an excellent opportunity for a civilian Full-time Case Manager RN at Fairchild Air Force Base in Spokane, Washington.

Position Highlights:

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree of Nursing. Graduate from a college or university accredited by Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE)
• Experience: At least 2 years' experience working as a registered nurse in the case management field
• Licensure: Maintain a current, unrestricted RN license in WA or compact state.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Responsibilities:

• Find the most appropriate medical resources and providing optimal care for the patient
• Handle case assignments, review case progress, and determine case closure
• Help clients achieve wellness and autonomy
• Interact with clients and develop effective working relations with medical team
• Help clients with continuity of care for specialty services and home health needs
