This role protects corporate and personally identifiable information (PII) exchanged between Stellantis, field personnel, and more than 10,000 dealers globally. The position supports approximately 195,000 dealership users and 25,000 corporate users across 130+ countries and 10 languages, operating at the intersection of cybersecurity, compliance, and identity management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, document, and operationalize Dealer Technologies security processes to ensure scalability, consistency, and audit readiness.
  • Act as a primary security liaison between business stakeholders, ICT, Cybersecurity, Legal, and external partners.
  • Strategic & Operational Functions
  • Provide enterprise-level governance for user access management across DealerCONNECT and FieldConnect.
  • Participate as a security authority in ICT DealerCONNECT Quality Assurance (DCQA) reviews, security matrix reviews, sprint reviews, and design sessions.
  • Execute and lead security access audits (including SOX) and compliance remediation activities.
  • Translate business, regulatory, and security requirements into actionable access models and system enhancements.
  • Manage and prioritize the Stellantis DriveIT incident queue related to dealer and corporate access, providing Level 1-3 escalation support, and My Personnel tickets.
  • Leadership & Systems Ownership
  • Global lead and owner for the Drupal VPN TID Access Request Tool, driving analysis, testing, defect resolution, and enhancement delivery with ICT partners.
  • Serve as backup to the DealerCONNECT Security & Operations Manager, supporting strategic planning and security roadmap execution.
  • Represent DealerCONNECT security interests in governance forums and cross-functional project reviews.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying systemic access issues and overseeing testing and implementation.
  • Advanced Security Operations
  • Independently manage SID merge and purge activities, secondary position code assignments, and high-impact access corrections.
  • Train, mentor, and support global portal administrators to ensure consistent, secure access practices.
  • Analyze stakeholder access requirements and trends using Power BI security and access reports.
