Job Description
MISSION:

  • Identify root causes and implement rapid, effective solutions for urgent, high-impact issues.
  • Resolve product quality concerns to minimize warranty claims and enhance customer satisfaction.


MAIN TASKS:

  • Lead the implementation of RPS methodologies and competencies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Drive the resolution of quality issues by leveraging business metrics to prioritize and address critical concerns effectively.
  • Teach, coach and mentor team members in the application of structured problem-solving methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Provide global cross-functional support for complex problem-solving activities, collaborating with diverse teams to ensure timely and effective resolutions.
  • Adopt a strategic, big-picture approach to problem-solving and issue resolution, considering both immediate fixes and long-term improvements.
  • Apply advanced problem-solving tools and techniques to identify and resolve non-conformance issues, ensuring robust and sustainable solutions.
  • Quickly and accurately define problems, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective actions.
  • Lead and direct problem-solving initiatives, acting as a subject matter expert in reactive methodologies such as Shainin Red X and Kepner-Tregoe.
  • Serve as a mentor and expert in Kepner-Tregoe and Shainin methodologies, guiding teams in their practical application.
  • Support the development of robust solutions to ensure consistent application of design standards and best practices.
  • Set clear goals, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple technical and business projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Requirements
Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • A minimum of 10 Years of Problem-Solving Experience: Proven track record using Shainin Red X and Kepner-Tregoe methodologies to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Certified Shainin Red X Master: Extensive hands-on experience applying Red X methodologies across diverse vehicle systems and manufacturing processes.
  • Broad Technical Knowledge Base :Preferably familiar with Manufacturing, Quality, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Business, or Statistics. Other degrees considered with relevant professional experience.
  • Advanced Data Analysis Skills: Proficient in statistical analysis and spreadsheet tools for data-driven decision-making.
  • Expert in Brainstorming and Concept Development Tools: Skilled in leveraging creative and analytical tools to generate and refine innovative solutions.
  • Experience with Software and Electrical Components: Practical knowledge of development and troubleshooting in software and electronic systems.
