Job Description

What You'll Do:



  • Leading the Mopar Financial Control team of twelve (12) individuals
  • Leading the development and consolidation of North America Parts & Service (NA P&S) business plans, budgets and forecasts for both regional and global reporting purposes
  • Managing the NA P&S monthly close and actuals reporting processes
  • Coordinating with P&S financial and operating individuals in the US, Canada and Mexico to develop variance analyses for management review
  • Providing operational support for multiple NA P&S functions including Sales and Marketing, Product Development, R&D, Quality, Customer Care and others
  • Providing financial analyses and guidance to operational business partners on ad hoc assignments supportingsales growth, cost savings, and process improvement initiatives
  • Supporting regional and global P&S KPI reporting initiatives related to pricing, fixed costs, transformation costs and others
  • Lead process improvement initiatives and reporting for broader NA P&S finance team
  • Provide financial reporting related to NA P&S exports to other regions (SA, EE, IAP, China, MEA)
  • Reviewing monthly account reconciliations, testing and complying with SOX standards and internal controls, enforcingcorporate policies and procedures
  • Managing the spending control process, including budget preparation, requisition approvals, etc.
  • Managing the incentive and discount process, including approval of annual programs, and approval of individual initiatives
  • Overseeing development of financial analyses in support of new accessory offerings

  • Proper accounting treatment of Parts & Service (P&S) revenue and expenses
  • Various NA P&S operations (Sales & Marketing-S&M, Product Development-PD, Research & Development-R&D, Quality, Warranty, Customer Care, Circular Economy-CE, Independent After Market-IAM)


  • Direct interaction with regional and global leadership (both finance and ops)
  • Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) compliance
  • Tools - OneStream, Niagara-HFM, PentaSAP, Mainframe

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Business, or related degree
  • 10+ years of finance or accounting experience
  • Prior experience leading a team of people


Preferred Qualifications:



  • CPA, MBA or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Experience with SAP, HFM, and Essbase


  • Experience with budgets, forecast & capital expenditures.
  • Business Process Re-engineering skills.
