The position will interact with Corporate Planning, Production Management, Vehicle Process Engineering, and Product Engineering Leadership on all matters relating to Project Launch activities. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Lead a cross-functional team to successfully Launch a New Vehicle on time within budget Create & Track to Resource Plans / WBS / Master Plan Establish Project Funding & Track Status to Budget Lead Steering Committee & Escalate Issues Accordingly Develop Pilot Schedules. Track Plan vs Actual with Daily Pilot Meetings and Reports Manage Global KPI / KAIs & GVD & Escalate Risks IH Review Preparation / Execution Coordinate and lead workshops to resolve major issues Lead issue resolution meetings with stakeholders and escalate priority concerns Work closely with Team leads, Quality, and Engineering to ensure objectives are met at the station and plant levels. Build relationships with Engineering and Manufacturing to comprehend the new product requirements and sequence of build. Develop and improve work methods. Work with functional managers and operation managers to improve productivity, quality, and output. Support Stellantis Industrial System (SIS) especially for Launch Domain (LD).
