Stewardship and Impact Reporting Boost donor satisfaction, retention and affinity through stewardship efforts that convey the utilization and impact of donors' gifts
Recognition and Engagement Celebrate Embry-Riddle's donors and their impact through effective recognition strategies; build stronger donor relations through support of events and activities that actively engage donors.
Donor-focused Operations Facilitate best-in-class donor relations by participating in operations that prioritize donor satisfaction and provide gift officers with the support necessary to meet and exceed donor expectations.
