In this position, you will be instrumental in optimizing inventory flow, directly contributing to sales goals and customer satisfaction by making sure the right products are in the right place at the right time. Your expertise will directly influence our ability to meet consumer demand and drive business success.

As a key member of the allocation team, you will collaborate closely with buying and planning teams to strategically manage product distribution. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to apply your analytical skills and strategic thinking to complex inventory challenges, ensuring operational excellence and contributing to the overall efficiency of our supply chain.

**What You'll Do:**

* Strategically allocate merchandise to retail stores and distribution centers, ensuring optimal inventory levels to support sales goals and product initiatives.

* Execute timely and accurate allocations using sales data, managing products at the style, color, and size level to meet specific store needs.

* Partner with the Allocation Manager to plan inventory across assigned product categories, striving to achieve allocation targets and sales objectives.

* Develop and implement weekly flow strategies and unit shipment forecasts, including replenishment for seasonal products, to maximize inventory productivity.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish seasonal stock flow strategies.

* Communicate effectively with store teams to assess inventory needs and address challenges.

* Provide insights on shipment forecasts to supply chain and store partners, highlighting potential risks and opportunities.

* Analyze size-break scales and proactively manage store capacity issues.

* Conduct store segmentation analysis, leveraging data on size, color, regional, and seasonal trends to enhance inventory productivity.

**What You'll Bring:**

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree.

* 2+ years of experience in inventory planning or allocation roles.

* Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.

* Strong understanding of retail math principles.

* Demonstrated strategic thinking skills and a solution-oriented approach.

* Ability to work effectively as a team player.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Strong listening, written, and oral communication skills.
