POSITION SCOPE

The Manufacturing Cost Associate will be involved with the daily operations office. This individual will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of all Office business. This candidate will assist with evaluating, tracking, and reports of production expenses. This candidate will also assist the office in weekly processing of vendor payables when needed and recording of field documents.

PRIMARY DUTIES



  • Perform high-volume data entry
  • Order processing
  • Maintain and update operational records, spreadsheets, and internal databases.
  • Assist with job costing, including entering project costs, verifying expense allocations, and supporting cost tracking for operational projects.
  • Process accounts payable transactions, including reviewing invoices, entering vendor bills, and ensuring proper documentation and approvals. Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Assist with periodic reporting related to operational costs, billing, and project status.
  • Must have excellent problem solving skills.
  • Perform other duties as assigned



REQUIREMENTS



  • High school diploma or GED; at least 2-3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
  • Background in Microsoft Office software, Especially Excel Spreadsheets.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of accounting and monthly invoicing procedures
  • Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory control
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Ability to handle confidential information
