Job Summary:
Assistant Custodial Supervisor: This position will help lead the day shift custodial team with the Wisconsin Union at Union South/Memorial Union. This position assists the Supervisor by leading 3 full time staff and about 8-12 part time student staff and TE's who are responsible for the daily cleaning operations of both the interior and exterior of the building to ensure the facilities are maintained in a clean, safe and orderly environment. Other responsibilities include assisting with scheduling, assigning project work, inspecting work to make sure it meets department standards, maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and provide training and support for the team. The core schedule for this position will be Tuesday through Saturday 6:30am to 3pm, ability to flex outside of those days and times to work with, train and support the 2nd shift team and needs the ability to cover for team members as needed and for large or VIP events throughout the year (Graduation, Badger Bash, etc) Schedule: Base hours will beTuesday through Saturday 6:30am to 3pm. Compensation: $21.41 per hour +$2.50 per hour differential, for hours worked between 6pm - 6am +$ .80 per hour differential, for hours worked on Saturday and Sunday Key Job Responsibilities:

Preferred Qualifications:-6 months of Management and/or Supervisory Experience -Experiences using Microsoft Word. -Experience using Microsoft Excel.
