Lactalis Heritage Dairy, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a Cup and Lids based in [Location].

From your EXPERTISE to ours

The required skills below are not limited to the following:

• Must be able to demonstrate flexibility to work in all aspects of cup & lids including but not limited to, cup & lid process, forklift operations, daily and master sanitation of work area and completion of all other duties as required.
• Delivering raw and pack to the production lines.
• Load and unload cup and lids for production fillers.
• Scan raw and pack pallet tickets into SAP while maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Receiving raw & pack utilizing SAP.
• Proper departmental paperwork flow.
• Must keep an accurate count of pallet tickets on tally sheets for every line and reconcile pallet tickets on every UPC upon completion.
• Weekly cycle count execution.
• Communicate and pass down business information.
• Provide coverage so that team members can attend meetings, cross-train, and/or work on projects.
• Learn multiple jobs as determined by team consensus.
• Assist with period cleaning, downtime, TPM, and other production needs including emergency situations.
• Follow all Safety procedures and guidelines.
• Follow TAP process to complete training requirements.
• Complete failure analysis including root cause and corrective action.
• Actively identify and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with equipment troubleshooting and support maintenance when needed.
• Perform other assignments as needed by team or Steering team.
• Adhere to all requirements and process changes related to our Daily Management Systems implementation.
