We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to manage the full lifecycle of complex programs, extending your influence beyond your immediate team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving business outcomes, developing systems for continuous improvement, and navigating cross-functional challenges with independent judgment. Your ability to build trusted relationships and effectively manage stakeholder expectations will be key to your success in an environment that values innovation and impact.

**What You'll Do:**

* Autonomously author program charters, meticulously detailing scope, timelines, objectives and key results (OKRs), resourcing, and potential risks or dependencies for advanced programs.

* Create comprehensive project plans that break down initiatives into discrete phases, identify risks and dependencies, and provide clear visibility into program constraints.

* Cultivate strong, trusted relationships with program stakeholders to facilitate effective decision-making and optimize team roles and responsibilities.

* Manage program escalations proactively, collaborating closely with stakeholders to find timely and effective resolutions.

* Design and execute predictable program communication plans, tailored to various stakeholder types, ensuring consistent and clear messaging.

* Represent the program team across a wide array of internal and external touchpoints, advocating for program goals and progress.

* Implement change management requirements identified by stakeholders, developing comprehensive rollout plans that include impact analysis and monitoring progress to resolve any misalignments.

* Independently determine and collect the necessary data to effectively execute and govern programs, maintaining accurate project trackers and status reports.

* Proactively manage program tasks and dependencies, integrating values of product excellence and inclusion, and maintaining brand trust and reputation.

* Define robust program governance structures, including effective management of mitigations, postmortems, and escalations, and lead productive program team meetings.

* Determine program phasing and metrics that drive continuous improvement, including effective resource management, in close collaboration with stakeholders.

* Establish regular checkpoints to deliver and assess improvement metrics, providing transparency and rationale for any program pivots.
