We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to take on a pivotal role within an essential operations team. In this position, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth functioning of current operations while simultaneously spearheading significant transformational programs. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining operational health, meeting key performance indicators, and fostering strong external partnerships that contribute directly to the company's ambitious goals. This role offers a unique chance to lead complex projects, drive continuous improvement, and shape the future of operational excellence.

**What You'll Do:**

* **Program Leadership:** Lead a large-scale program, effectively managing multiple parallel work streams to ensure timely and successful delivery.

* **Vendor Partnership:** Cultivate and manage strong relationships with vendor partners, driving on-time execution and alignment with company objectives.

* **Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting:** Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams, proactively reporting on operational health, providing detailed insights, and escalating risks as necessary in various forums.

* **Operational Health:** Oversee the health of operations, ensuring the business consistently meets its Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

* **Transformational Initiatives:** Drive large-scale transformational programs, implementing strategic changes and improvements.

**What You'll Bring:**

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* **Education:** Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Operations, or Engineering preferred).

* **Experience:** 5+ years of experience in Program Management, with a strong focus on operational implementation.

* **Core Skills:**

* Demonstrated ability to initiate and drive continuous improvement efforts to significantly reduce defects.

* Proficiency in managing organizational change, introducing updates smoothly with minimal disruption.

* **Tools/Applications:**

* Experience creating essential Program Management artifacts, including RACI charts, stakeholder maps, project trackers, OKRs, and roadmaps.

* Proficiency with a leading suite of productivity tools and dashboard/metric analysis tools.

* **Certifications:** Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or Six Sigma Certification.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Experience managing large-scale fleet or physical operations (e.g., in industries like automotive or logistics).

* Experience in developing specialized communication plans and newsletters tailored for executive stakeholders.
