Job Summary

The Manager, Leadership Capability & Strategy is a strategic individual contributor responsible for delivering on the enterprise's senior leadership development strategy. This role focuses on supporting the development of Director+ leaders and activating targeted development for high-potential individuals.

This role partners closely with the Director, Learning Strategy & Design, Talent Management, HR Business Partners, and senior business leaders to strengthen leadership capability, accelerate readiness, and ensure development experiences align with the enterprise's long-term talent and succession plan.

What you'll do

  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Learning Strategy & Design to align senior leadership and high potential development with enterprise learning and talent priorities to help develop a strong leadership pipeline.
  • Design and deliver modern, engaging, and scalable leadership development solutions for Director+ and high-potential/successor talent aligned to business growth, transformation, and distinct leadership maturity levels.
  • Leverage multi-modality learning experiences such as coaching, assessments, simulations, experiential and AI-enabled learning, etc. within all learning solutions for senior leaders.
  • Define and monitor success metrics, using data and evaluation insights to drive continuous improvement and strategic decision-making for all senior leader development programs.
  • Build strong relationships across the enterprise to support successful adoption and scalability of senior-leader and high-potential development experiences.
  • Collaborate with external partners and vendors to support senior leadership development programs and experiences when needed.
  • Lead project and program implementation, scaling, and ongoing maintenance, including evaluating effectiveness and measuring impact through surveys, benchmarks, and assessments.
  • Innovate and continuously improve development solutions by staying current on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies.

What we expect of you

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Leadership Development, Organizational Development, or related field and 5+ years of experience working in leadership development, talent management, or organizational development roles, including working specifically with Director+ leaders and high-potential populations or 9+ years of experience working in leadership development, talent management, or organizational development roles, including working specifically with Director+ leaders and high-potential populations
  • 5+ years of experience using a consultative approach with diverse stakeholders.
  • 5+ years of experience using learning technology platforms (e.g., Workday LMS) and design tools such as Articulate, Synthesia, Camtasia, Canva, Brain Shark, and other AI Enabled technology/tools/skills-based systems, etc.
  • Experience designing multi-modality global senior leadership programs and high-potential development programs and experiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience using project management tools (e.g., Monday.com; Smartsheet, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify and convey complex concepts.
  • Proven ability to operate independently and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment

Preferred skills, experience, and qualities needed

  • Industry facilitation/assessment/coaching certifications (DDI, Franklin Covey, CCL, Vital Smarts, Clifton Strengths, DISC, Birkman, Hogan, Coaching, etc.).
  • Professional certifications (ATD, SHRM, or similar).

Pay range: $114,000 - $158,800 depending on experience and skill set
Annual bonus target of 10% subject to terms and conditions of plan
