The Mopar Supplier Chargeback Lead is responsible as the subject matter expert for the chargeback application and processes. The role will provide support to assess issues, identify root causes, and guide stakeholders toward effective resolutions. They will also represent the business in continuous improvement initiatives, partnering cross functionally to enhance the tools, strengthen procedures, and drive greater operational efficiency across the chargeback process. The lead will manage all KPI reporting and ad hoc analysis to ensure the organization maintains accurate, timely, and actionable performance insights. Responsibilities will include supporting both internal teams and external partners to ensure cost recovery activities are executed with precision and consistency. The Mopar Supplier Chargeback Lead will additionally assist with broader departmental needs as required. Role Responsibilities:
