Job Description

The Mopar Supplier Chargeback Lead is responsible as the subject matter expert for the chargeback application and processes. The role will provide support to assess issues, identify root causes, and guide stakeholders toward effective resolutions. They will also represent the business in continuous improvement initiatives, partnering cross functionally to enhance the tools, strengthen procedures, and drive greater operational efficiency across the chargeback process. The lead will manage all KPI reporting and ad hoc analysis to ensure the organization maintains accurate, timely, and actionable performance insights. Responsibilities will include supporting both internal teams and external partners to ensure cost recovery activities are executed with precision and consistency. The Mopar Supplier Chargeback Lead will additionally assist with broader departmental needs as required.


Role Responsibilities:



  • Managing all Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and ad-hoc reporting


  • Subject matter expert for the chargeback system and processes


  • Representing the business in continuous improvement efforts related to chargeback tools and procedures


  • Supporting both internal and external stakeholders with timely and accurate cost recovery execution


  • Other departmental support duties as needed

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in automotive or business environments
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel
  • Excellent organization, written and verbal communication/presentation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Results oriented and ability to lead cross-functional teams



Preferred Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, parts and services supply chain management or a related field
  • Ability to work at a fast pace
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make sound decisions
