Summary
As theDirector of Development,and under the supervision of the Managing Senior Director, you will provide leadership and direction to secure new and increased support from MCW alumni, F&MCW patients, community leaders, grateful patients, and other friends of the institution. The Director works in concert with the key clinicians, faculty, and researchers responsible for elevating the reputation and prominence of key initiatives at Froedtert Hospital and MCW, with the goal to identify, cultivate, and solicit donors for significant commitments of at least $100,000 and up to $2,000,000. The Director works closely with Froedtert & MCW leadership, faculty, administrators, benefactors, and Board members to advance the implementation, structure, and connectivity across internal teams for each of these key initiatives Primary Responsibilities

Qualifications
Appropriate experience may be substituted for education on an equivalent basis. Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree Minimum Required Experience: 4 years -experience as a fundraiser within a medium to large non-profit organization Preferred Education: Master's Degree Preferred Experience: 6 years or more in internet research, database query and reporting experience - successful track record securing five-figure gifts Physical Requirements
Work requires occasionally lifting moderate weight materials, standing, or walking continuously. Work EnvironmentOccasional exposure to dust, noise, temperature changes, or contact with water or other liquids. Work is performed in an environmentally controlled environment. Sensory Acuity
Ability to detect and translate speech or other communication required. May occasionally require the ability to distinguish colors and perceive relative distances between objects. #LI-NK1
