Learning & Development Specialist

The Learning and Development Specialist designs, delivers, and scales learning and development programs that support performance, growth, and leadership effectiveness. They partner with HR and business leaders to identify skill gaps, build practical training solutions, and strengthen organizational capability. The focus stays on execution, relevance, and measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

* Assess learning needs across field and corporate teams.

* Design and deliver training for leadership, compliance, onboarding, and professional skills.

* Build structured onboarding and role based training programs.

* Support leadership development and succession efforts.

* Create learning content such as facilitator guides, job aids, and eLearning.

* Coordinate and deliver live and virtual training sessions.

* Measure training effectiveness and track outcomes.

* Maintain learning documentation and records.

* Support performance management related development activities.

* Partner with safety, operations, and HR on required training.

* Manage learning platforms and external training vendors.

* Recommend improvements based on data and feedback.
