job purpose:

The Senior Manager, Growth Planning is accountable for developing and continuously improving fairlife's near and mid-term unconstrained demand forecasting capability across a portfolio of fastgrowing brands. This role owns the creation of a single, trusted demand forecast, spanning baseline demand, incremental drivers, and scenario outputs and ensures it is accurately translated and delivered to Supply Chain Demand Planners for execution planning. Through rigorous tradeoff and scenario analysis, this roll partners crossfunctionally to pull forward and prioritize growth levers aligned with enterprise and brand priorities.

Own unconstrained demand forecasting



  • Develop and maintain unconstrained demand forecasts by brand, channel, and customer, incorporating baseline demand, incremental drivers, and key assumptions.
  • Ensure forecasts are timely, transparent, and decisionready in a rapidly changing environment.


Enable tradeoff and growth decisions



  • Manage demand scenario and tradeoff analysis across growth levers (e.g., distribution, trade/promotion, elasticity, innovation, channel acceleration).
  • Deliver actionable recommendations supporting revenue growth, portfolio planning, investment allocation, and channel strategy.
  • Quantify financial and commercial implications to guide prioritization across brands, accounts, and channels.


Lead crossfunctional alignment



  • Act as the primary interface between Brand, Sales, Finance, and RGM for demand-related drivers, strategy and insights.
  • Translate complex demand dynamics into concise executivelevel insights and summaries.
  • Owns accuracy of demand forecast (by brand, customer, channel etc) and partners with the Supply Chain Demand Planners on inputs to the operational.


Build demand team planning capability



  • Establish strong forecasting standards and governance for commercial inputs(drivers, assumptions, and levers)
  • Strengthen the demand teams' capability to create highquality inputs (promo calendars, pricing plans, distribution assumptions).
  • Leverage existing systems for scenario modeling, driver-based forecasting, and business performance tracking.



skills/qualifications required:



  • Bachelor's degree required (Business, Analytics, or related field).
  • Deep expertise in demand forecasting in a high-growth CPG (or similarly dynamic environment), including ownership of unconstrained demand and scenario forecasting.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguity and rapid change; proven track record building structure where it doesn't exist.
  • Strong analytical rigor and attention to detail and ability to synthesize into executive-level insights and recommendations.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership: ability to influence Sales, Marketing/Brand, Finance, and Supply Chain without direct authority.
  • Experience with forecasting systems and advanced analytics (e.g., Anaplan or equivalent)
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel required.
