Job Title: Registered Nurse Manager II Duration: 5+ Months to long term Location: Paramus, NJ, 07652 Schedule: 1st Shift (8:00 AM to 4:00 PM) Role: On Site Job Description: Participates in the planning, organization, and coordination of the work programs and schedules for the nursing and attending staff of the facility. Provides guidance and instructions to staff and manages their work performance. Establishes and implements the standards to promote safe and therapeutically effective nursing care for patients Evaluates the quality of nursing care; recommends and implements improvements. Prepares and/or manages the preparation of clear, technically sound, accurate, and informative reports containing findings, conclusions, and recommendations. Manages the work operations and functional programs. Establishes and maintains and/or manages the maintenance of essential records, reports and files. Will be required to learn how to utilize various types of electronic and/or manual recording and computerized information systems used by the agency, office, or related units. Assess and improve nursing practices and care. Prepares and/or manages the preparation of clear, technically sound, accurate, and informative reports containing findings, conclusions, and recommendations. Participate in orientation and in-service training activities. Manages the delivery of nursing services. Professional organization skills. Provides guidance and instructions to staff and manages their work performance. Required/Preferred Qualifications: Minimum of six (6) years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN). Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role. Documents Required: RN License for the State of NJ. BLS/CPR Certification.
