Genesis10 is currently seeking a Scrum Master for a Hybrid position with a Major Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 6 month contract opportunity. Summary: We are seeking a senior Scrum Master to lead the Agile sprint process in the Cyber Data Operations team within ISDAD. This individual facilitates Agile development practices and ensures Scrum processes are followed. Responsibilities: Lead Scrum ceremonies, remove blockers, coach teams on Agile principles. Requirements: This person MUST be technical and understand the SDLC process - a plus if they have a developer background or data analyst background as we are in an Azure DataBricks environment. Any exposure to SQL and relational databases is a must. Proficient in Python a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret data in a business context. Effective communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams. Certified Scrum Master (CSM), strong communication and leadership skills. Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position. Pay rate range: $70.62 - $74.62 hourly.
