The Contracting Services Department at MIT Lincoln Laboratory currently has two open co-op positions for a Business/Systems Analyst. The Business/Systems Analyst will be a member of the Compliance and Data Team within the Contracting Services Department. This individual will assist the Compliance and Data Team with design, development and administration of an integrated set of procurement initiatives including B2B supplier catalogs, automated systems and processes, pioneering analytics and data visualization for the entire organization, and other initiatives in support of the Laboratory's procurement function. The selected candidate will identify customer requirements and perform the required administrative tasks, research and data analysis to make decisions and obtain stakeholder input and concurrence in support of assigned projects. This individual must have strong business acumen and analytical skills in addition to demonstrated experience working with various types of data. Familiarity and/or experience with ERP/MRP concepts, B2B systems and other e-procurement methods is a plus. May lead projects as assigned. This role offers opportunities to develop skills in analytical tools (Excel, PowerBI, etc.), web development, process automation, ERP system integration and maintenance, and many other exciting functions and responsibilities.
