Investor Relations Consultant

Hourly Pay Rate: $80.00-$125.00/hr.

Summary:

The Investor Relations Consultant will report directly to CFO, and is responsible for managing communication between the company, its investors, and the broader financial community. This role is critical in shaping the company's market perception, ensuring transparent financial disclosures, and maintaining regulatory compliance. He/she will play a key role in executing the company's investor relations strategy which could impact shareholder value creation.

Essential Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute a strategic investor relations plan to enhance shareholder value and market positioning.

* Keeps shareholders knowledgeable about the company and the business.

* Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, analysts, and financial media, fostering strong relationships.

* Collaborate with senior leadership to craft earnings call scripts, press releases, and investor Q&A materials.

* Lead engagement with institutional investors, analysts, and retail shareholders to communicate financial performance and corporate strategy effectively.

* Develop and maintain investor relations materials, including annual reports, investor decks, and website content.

* Organize investor roadshows, conferences, and one-on-one meetings to expand investor.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).

* 5 plus years of experience in investor relations, finance, equity research, or corporate communications and a total of 8 plus years of experience in finance and accounting

* Knowledge of capital markets, SEC reporting, and financial modeling.

* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly.

* Established relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and financial media preferred.

* High level of professionalism, integrity, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
