**W2 Only** *Description* Role Overview: The Sustainability Admin supports our clients sustainability strategy by assisting with environmental reporting, product impact, and material traceability initiatives. This role works closely with the Sustainability Analyst and Associate to gather and analyze data, maintain certification and compliance documentation, and engage vendors on traceability standards. In addition, the Sustainability Admin helps integrate sustainability across the business through employee trainings, engagement programs, and cross-functional tools that advance goals. *Brand Sustainability & Reporting* * Support and calculation and analysis of environmental impact data (including but not limited to GHG accounting) using company systems and industry standard tools, including assistance with material- and product-level impact analysis through data cleaning, aggregation, and basic analytical support in collaboration with the Associate of Sustainable Operations, and support the calculation of associated carbon emissions. * Assist in developing original sustainability content for internal communications. * Collaborate with key teams to help build processes, tools, and/or trackers to aid in furthering ESG journey. * Support engagement with industry associations multi-stakeholder initiatives, peer companies, NGOs, and other stakeholders as needed. * Maintain records and reporting for facility-level environmental data collection across offices, retail locations, and suppliers, including organizing inputs and documentation from Worldly's Higg tools (e.g., FEM/FSLM) to support reporting and audit readiness. * Assist in reviewing and maintaining internal documentation related to Textile Exchange Brand Certification process, including alignment with the updated Materials *Additional Skills & Qualifications* * Matter Standard and ensuring completeness and readiness for audit and compliance requirements * Provide support for traceability-related initiatives, including vendor communication and coordination, maintaining records of supply chain risk analysis conducted through traceability software, supporting product-level sustainability claims substantiation, and cleaning and updating internal procedural documents and vendor manuals aligned with traceability strategy. *Business Integration / Employee Engagement* * Upkeep and create internal sustainability trainings with modules on sustainability practices, to assist with employee engagement and education, ensuring sustainability ethos rings true across the company * Support the editing or creation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for sustainability focused processes including but not limited to carbon accounting, traceability and brand claims. * Develop & coordinate key sustainability engagement programs and/or opportunities including annual celebrations. * Support the creation of vendor scorecards using Worldly's Higg FEM data and collaborate cross-functionally to build a scoring framework that supports related team initiatives. *Qualifications (Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):* * High School diploma or equivalent required. * Enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program or completion of Bachelor's degree is required. * Position will be based in Carlsbad, CA * Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint. * Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions with high degree of accuracy * Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize work, coupled with the ability to work concurrently on a variety of projects and requests, providing a solutions-oriented *Job Type & Location* This is a Contract position based out of Carlsbad, CA. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $35.00/hr.
