DESCRIPTION OF WORK

The Clerical Assistant 2 in this position will be headquartered in Centre County, however will perform clerical and administrative duties in both the Centre and Clinton County Maintenance Organizations. These duties include the daily maintenance of all records pertaining to the distribution of fuels, such as fuel cards, security and clearances, reconciliation reports, and daily and weekly transactions and records. In addition, you will collect fuels slips daily from field and administrative personnel and then forward to Accounting Assistant monthly. You will also review M-614s daily to verify documents are correct.
In addition, you will perform as the receptionist for the garage and greet internal and external customers, provide services as needed, or direct them to appropriate point of contact. Requisition all garage repair parts, document purchases, and track orders. When invoices are received from vendor, attach the required documentation (requisition form, packing slips, etc.) and forward to Account Assistant for payment in a timely manner. Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week.
- Work hours are 7:00am to 3:00pm, Monday thru Friday with a 30-minute lunch.
- Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.
- Salary: Selected candidates who are new to employment within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting annual salary of $36,108 (before taxes).

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Six months as a Clerical Assistant 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- Graduation from high school; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.

- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
