We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as the Master Planning for Sustainability Lead. This strategic role is critical to our company's growth and commitment to providing sustainable solutions and decarbonization projects for our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing an integrated offering of master planning both regionally and globally that involves conceptual engineering from all engineering and consulting disciplines. This role is focused in the industrial, energy and resource sectors, which will require innovative solutions to decarbonize, but comes with the opportunity to make a significant impact on delivering a more sustainable world.

Key Responsibilities:
* Integrated Master Planning: Lead the development and implementation of integrated master planning projects that incorporate inputs from various engineering and consulting disciplines, including mechanical engineering, process engineering, civil engineering, environmental consulting, and others.
*Assist and develop master planning opportunities and projects that combine the capabilities of the Advisian business lines of TIL, Environment & Water (E&W), and Energy, Chemicals & Resources (ECR) Advisory.
*Assist and develop master planning opportunities and projects that combine the capabilities of Advisian with the broader Worley business.
*Help to strengthen the integration of the TIL team with other disciplines leading significant industrial and infrastructure projects in the fields of Power & New Energy, Chemicals & Fuels, Mining & Resources, Water, Ports & Marine and others across the region and globally.
* Conceptual Engineering: Collaborate with engineering and consulting teams to develop conceptual engineering solutions for sustainable projects, considering factors such as energy efficiency, carbon footprint reduction, waste management, and resource optimization.
* Project Evaluation: Assess the feasibility and viability of sustainable projects, considering technical, economic, and environmental aspects. Provide recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders based on the evaluation.
* Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their goals and develop tailored master plans that address their specific needs and challenges.
* Help to assist and represent the industrial infrastructure disciplines (master planning, land transport, water, logistics, ports, industrial utilities) in Client engagements.
* Develop and support the team on proposals, developing methodologies and commercial approaches in collaboration with the business development teams.
* Team Leadership: Build and lead a team of multidisciplinary professionals dedicated to master planning for sustainability. Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise to team members.
* Proactively engage in Business Development interfaces between our Advisian teams and sales teams.
* Contribute to the Advisian Business Development Strategy identifying key opportunities for the team.
* Be involved in the management of industrial/energy projects working with project managers and the involvement in project management.
* Industry Trends and Innovation: Stay up to date on the latest trends, technologies, and innovations in sustainable solutions and decarbonization projects. Identify opportunities for improvement and propose innovative approaches to master planning.
*Have an interest in the regional and the global transition of energy to renewables, and to incorporate innovations into future Master Plans.
* Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with internal teams, clients, regulatory bodies, and industry partners to drive collaboration, knowledge sharing, and successful project outcomes.
*To assist growing an expert Infrastructure Consulting services offering to target Worley's core clients in Energy, Chemicals and Resources as well as government authorities, project developers and financiers around master planning, transaction advisory, feasibility studies, conceptual designs and combined management and technical advisory solutions.

Skills/qualifications required:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
* Proven experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams of engineering and consulting disciplines related to energy, chemicals, resources, or sustainability.
* Demonstrated expertise in master planning processes and conceptual engineering.
* In-depth knowledge of sustainability principles, practices, and regulations.
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Leadership abilities, with experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
* Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to evaluate complex technical and environmental challenges.
* Proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies for conceptual engineering and sustainability analysis.
* Have experience in business development and sales in North America and globally.
* Ability to travel and work with a team.
* Collaborative team member.
* Assist in the use of technology in improving delivery and performance.
* Is enthusiastic and willing to take on new challenges.
