Flux Resources is seeking a Senior Scheduler to join one of our clients in Columbus, GA. This a contract to hire opportunity paying in the $60-$70/hr range. Description: Develop, maintain and optimize detailed project schedules Monitor schedule performance and variance; provide regular status updates to project manager Perform Critical Path Analysis, identify and analyze critical paths/activities to ascertain project completion in time and in budget, including forecasting delays and evaluation of alternative scenarios. Lead schedule update and review meetings Identify schedule risk and opportunities Analyze schedule impacts resulting from change orders or scope modifications Support cost/schedule integration and collaborate with Project Controls to ensure accurate progress measurement Full time work at client jobsite near Columbus, GA About you: Minimum 5 years of industrial project scheduling experience required Primavera P6 experience required Strong communication skills, with the ability to work across functions Experience in power generation projects a plus #LI-CR1
