FOX Entertainment is looking for a Temp Director, National Media to be responsible for the strategy, planning, and activation of FOX Entertainment shows. You will be able to develop strategic partnerships and drive thought leadership with an emphasis on audience, innovation, and accountability towards business results. Additionally, you will work and collaborate closely with other senior team members and together be responsible for leading the Media Agency of Record and our internal Media team, and partnering with in-house Creative teams.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee creation of strategic integrated media plans, including management of daily deliverables for external partners, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy
  • Oversee and make recommendations for annual budget allocations to align with internal marketing goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Promo, Design, Social, Digital Ops, and Finance) to socialize planning strategies and timelines, creating greater synergy across marketing initiatives
  • Work closely with the agency of record to ensure timely execution and optimization of plans
  • Establish a measurement roadmap as well as set and measure goals for each plan
  • Collaborate with the agency on negotiation of annual Linear and Digital Upfronts
  • Serve as the Media representative at Marketing meetings and collaborate with internal non-linear and content teams, where appropriate
  • Provide leadership and direction to Managers and Associate Managers
  • Train and develop the team to improve processes and create organizational efficiencies
  • Maintain relationships with the media community; continue to develop publishers and higher relationships for the exchange of ideas
  • Utilize enterprise approved AI tools for a range of applications - brainstorming, summary/recaps, data analysis, etc

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Extensive Integrated (Linear + Digital) media and proven leadership experience in a network, agency, or related environment
  • Effective, clear communication skills and the ability to interact with a diverse group of people
  • Hands-on approach and ability to synthesize established best practices with new ways of working
  • Solid media math and analytical skills
  • High-level proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment and quickly pivot between projects and directives
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $50.00-60.00 per hour.
