Description

We are seeking Administrative Assistant Education to join our team.

Hourly Range: $17.00 - $21.00

We This role will provide an array of administrative support for department staff in the Day Treatment School (TDS) program.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:



  • Provide clerical support to the Learning Academy Staff
  • Submit facilities tickets upon request
  • Assist in organizing student files
  • Greet and check in visitors while maintaining confidentiality and ensuring they follow badge procedures
  • Manage deliveries and mail, including receiving, sorting, and distributing items
  • Answer phones, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate staff
  • Assist in the intake and discharge process when requested
  • Assist in ordering supplies as necessary
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings as requested by the Administrative Manager
  • Completes student attendance daily in Avatar and the Student Information System (SIS)
  • Attends the Day Treatment School (TDS) revenue meeting each month
  • Assist in maintaining the monthly census data for reporting purposes
  • Scan and email documents as needed
  • Read and respond to important time-based emails
  • Administers medication to students in the absence of the school nurse
  • Assist in sending grades and progress notes to districts and parents
  • May drive up to 20 miles in one day to purchase needed items for the Learning Academy
  • Assist BIST and Build Trybe with clerical tasks as needed
  • Other duties as assigned


WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

Our ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant experience and the following:



  • High School Diploma, required.
  • At least 21 years of age and pass background check, physical, and drug screening.
  • A valid driver's license in the state you reside in, proof of current vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
