Part-Time Administrative Assistant

Location: Sterling Heights, MI (Onsite)

Pay: Up to $26/hour

Schedule: Part-time, 20-24 hours per week

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations within a fast-paced Human Resources department. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and experience in HR administration, data entry, and office coordination.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Perform data entry and maintain employee records (electronic and paper)
  • Support HR processes including talent acquisition, benefits, and employee relations
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate conference room bookings
  • Process purchase requests, expense reports, and check requests
  • Assist with mail distribution, shipping, and office supply management
  • Coordinate HR events, meetings, and team activities
  • Submit facilities and maintenance requests
  • Provide general administrative support for HR projects and initiatives



Qualifications:



  • High school diploma required
  • 1-3 years of administrative experience (HR experience preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
